Shipping Information
This Shipping Information policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered by Serahin Store. Serahin Store is an online-only store owned and operated by Tenu, LLC. All logistics, order fulfillment, and shipping responsibilities are handled by Tenu, LLC.
Shipping Coverage
Serahin Store currently ships within the United States only. We do not support international shipping at this time. Orders placed with addresses outside the United States may be canceled.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders are reviewed for accuracy, payment verification, and fulfillment availability before being shipped. During peak seasons or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Order Cutoff Time
The daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed before this time may begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
After processing, orders are shipped using standard shipping services. Estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days, depending on the destination and carrier performance.
Total estimated delivery time is approximately 10–12 business days from the date the order is placed.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Shipping Fees
A flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies to all orders within the United States. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We do not charge hidden fees. However, customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by carriers or local authorities, if applicable.
Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided via email. Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier and may take time to appear in the system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status using the provided tracking details.
Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Serahin Store is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Delivery Issues
While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to:
- High shipping volume
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Holidays or force majeure events
Serahin Store is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier, but we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues when possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. We will review the case and provide support based on the situation.
